Lisa joined the RG team in 2010 after working for many years in the IT industry. Before her IT career, she attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).

She is a Maryland native and loves living near the Chesapeake Bay. Lisa and her husband Bill reside in Calvert County. They have two adult daughters, Kelly & Beth. She enjoys spending time with her family, and especially her three young grandchildren, Reagan, Blake, and Logan. She also enjoys boating, cooking, gardening, reading, and traveling.
