Heather was born in Baltimore and has spent her life split between Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

Heather began her career in insurance in 2008. She started off as a customer service representative, and later became licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health in 2008 to begin selling and offering more in-depth servicing. She worked for another Nationwide agency until she joined the RG team in May 2017.

Heather is our Commercial Lines Servicing Specialist. In this role, she works with our agents and members to provide Certificates Of Insurance. She also services and manages commercial policies.

Heather is married to her husband, Billy, and has two daughters, Emily and Abigail. She enjoys cooking, and spending time on the softball field, watching her girls play or husband coach.
